Parent Baby Spaces
“Parent Baby Spaces is a simple foundation for parent–baby classes so parents feel heard, seen, and truly held.
We support instructors to align with shared standards that keep these spaces calm, welcoming, and supportive for everyone.
If you’re a parent, you can find a class that feels right for you. If you hold a space, you can find guidance and support to grow with us.”
— Anouska, FounderWho are we for?
Parents
For parents who are looking for a place to land.
A space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold everything together.
A space that meets you as you are — whether you arrive feeling:
tired
overwhelmed
unsure
or simply in need of connection
Parent Baby Spaces exist so you can feel:
✨ held
✨ seen
✨ supported
Whether that comes through a class, a conversation, or simply being in the room.
Practitioners
For practitioners who feel a deep responsibility for how their spaces are held.
Those who are committed to creating environments that feel:
safe
inclusive
respectful
and emotionally supportive for parents
This is for those who understand that their work is not just about what they deliver…
…but how parents feel when they are with them.
Meet the Founder
Parent Baby Spaces was created by Anouska Cassells, an experienced early years leader and parenting coach.
With over 20 years of experience — including leading a nursery from Requires Improvement to Outstanding — Anouska has spent her career shaping spaces where both children and adults feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.
Through this work, she recognised something important:
That parent–baby spaces are often the first places families land…yet how those spaces feel can vary so much.
Parent Baby Spaces was created to gently change that — bringing more awareness, care, and consistency to the way these spaces are held.
